Arlo Pro/ video settings question

On my Arlo Pro I could go into the video settings and change the zones.  Now video settings don't even come up on my computer and all I get on my phone arlo app is the brightness.  Does anyone know how to get that back so I can change the zones.  My camera is not sensing anything.

Same issue, camera only shows brightness after click into video setting.
