Arlo Pro two way communication fails

I purchased a 4 set of Arlo Pro cameras.  They work great when I am at home using the same wifi.  However, when I am away from home and try to connect to Audio, I have to wait perpetually and sometimes the audio never connects or it just fails miserably (a lot of delay and works sporadically).  Can you tell me how I can troubleshoot this?  As it stands, the two way audio for this product just isn't reliable when you are out of the wifi area.  I hope Netgear has a solution for this.  Thanks for your help!

I have 4G reception and Verizon when I try to use the two way talk outside of my home wifi.  My wifi speed at home is running about 100 MBPS download and 118 MBPS upload

Open a case with support. I have a case open now that was just escalated. Reference my case, #27699727. The more complaints, the more pressure.
