Arlo Pro two-way audio can not hear the other party

I've been using 3 Arlo Pro camera for more than a month and everything works fine until recently.  I have one in my son's bedroom and I used it to talk to my son when I was on my way home.  However since last week I can still use the iphone app to talk to my son but I can not hear anything from him.  I am sure I did not mute it but the camera is look put on mute.  Any help or suggestion?  Thanks

Try this,,,after talking, toggle on/off the speaker and see if the audio from him comes back

Engineering is currently investigating this issue. I will post an update when I have more information.
