After moving and setting up my three Arlo Pro cameras at my new house, the recording lights are always illuminated, yet it’s not recording. What can I do to turn the amber colored icon (circle with three horizontal lines) gray? I have two Arlo Pro 2 cameras that are functioning normally.

It might be fastest/easiest if you reset and start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted.
