Arlo Pro shows rechargeable battery is discharged

Have the Arlo 2 with 5 camera system, all outdoors in Wyoming.  All the Camera's worked fine for about 2 years, but now one Camera, the one most activated, reports that the rechargable battery is discharged.  Took the battery out and charged it on the Arlo Charger until it was fully charged.  Reinstalled it and still rep[orted that it was discharged.  So have switched batteries and it still reports that the battery is discharged although when in an different Camera the camera reports a full charge.  Can anything be done to fix the camera?

Not much to do IMO, does sound like camera.

Does it worked if power by AC? 

You might use remove device and bring back as new.

Also, rebooting the base fixes this on many occasions.
