Arlo Pro shows offline but all lights are green on Base Station

I have Arlo Pro and it shows everything is offline but yet all lights are green on the base station showing all is connected. Any suggestions?

Hi @Okc01,

 

Have you tried rebooting your Base Station to see if that helps? Is it showing offline when viewing on both the web client on your computer and on your phone app?
