Arlo Pro says new batteries are dead. Shows battery life is 15% and dies couple of weeks later.

I have had my Arlo camera for around three years. After my latest battery replacement, I turned the camera on and the app shows that the battery life is 15%. After a couple of weeks, those batteries died. I replaced the batteries again. Those, too, showed to be 15%.

 

I bought each box of batteries separately so it isn't as if I got a bad batch. I have no idea what the issue is. Any ideas?
