Arlo Pro red exclamation mark in app and message saying to "use arlo charger"

Trying to charge Arlo with charger and cable that came with it. Getting red exlomation mark in app and message saying to use arlo charger. Tried different camera and different outlet with same issue. any suggestion?

Sounds like your charger may not be outputting the required 9V to allow the camera to charge. Contact Support at the bottom of the page or go back to your retailer

Some folks have inadvertently used a different charger. Verify that the charger has Netgear printed on it and shows both 5v and 9v outputs.

hello, yes, the charger does say Netgear and it is the one that came with the cameras. I tried removing and inserting the battery as well. still no luck.

It's possible that either the charger or the camera is faulty.  No sense in beating yourself against a brick wall trying to make them work. Swap at the store or open a case with support here.
