I purchased 4 Pros from Best Buy this past Saturday. One camer is above my main entrance and one above the garage pointing at the driveway. During the day, the camera above the garage continuted to have several motion detections. I am pretty sure it is because the wind were blowing the shrubs which are in the camera's view. I planned on moving it to a new location, but before I did that, I noticed my camera was offline tonight. I checked on the camera to find my infrared LED's are on. They will not go off and the camera remains offline .. When the morning comes around, I will remove the battery and provide my finding. I am not sure about these cameras just yet.

As you prob know, the reset of the cameras is by pulling the battery.... may or may not need to be re-synced

I think that would be the end result of the IR's stuck on , not the reason.
( the IR illuminator draw quite a bit of power )

You are correct. I really need to find out why the LED's would not go off.

Two things off the bat... 1 ) hardware 2) software glitch
I would, go into settings and remove device to delete camera info from base... Then bring it back as if new ( in case of sw glitch ).
It will also set all the cameras settings like record time to default.
keep an eye on it
