I mounted the Arlo Pro at the top of a 7 foot window, inside looking out.

At night, it looks like it is viewing underwater scene, nothing is discernible except a piece of the inside shutter.

I had it mounted at the bottom of the window and it was OK.

Have you tried switching off night vision ?

Also the Pro camera will NOT detect motion thru glass
