So when you are using the Power Adapter along with the recharable battery and when there is isolated power outage(only the power supply to the Arlo Pro) the rechargable battey will kick in for contineous use? Does this scenario possible?

Will it cause damage to the battery if always charging?

It should and No, the battery will be fine....when left in and on ac running, the battery only charges to 80% which is good for the battery( sweet spot for storage)

But my Arlo pro does not stop charging. Its goes up to 100% and remain there while plugged in. will it damage my battery?

The app/browser will show 100% but the battery is actually at 80%.  It just means that the battery won't charge any more, protecting the battery.  The separate battery charging station, when available, is said to actually charge the battery to its full capacity.
