Arlo Pro or Pro 2 Camera won't resync to the base

I have two Pro cameras that are working but I removed one other camera from my online account and now want to add it back. I can not get it to sync with my base. I have manually tried to sync it, I have tried through the app, I have completed a hard reset on the camera, and I have remove the camera's battery and plugged it back in. What else can I try? I don't know if it is an Arlo Pro or Pro 2 camera because I have two Pros and 1 Pro 2. Thank you

The usual suggestion is to breifly press the base sync button - don't hold it - and then the camera sync button. Does that help?

It's pretty important to know this, given the EoL announcement.  Your Pros will lose free cloud storage on 1 April 2023, the Pro 2 will have it until 1 January 2024.

It's easy to check - open the housing and remove the battery.  Then look at the label.
