I have the notifications turned on for all the cameras, so when they detect motion I should have it pop up on my phone. I've checked all the settings and everything is set correctly, but still not showing me notifications.

Just one problem..... the manual firmware update feature doesn't exist in the android app. Don't know about iOS. Firmware updates are automatically pushed to your base. I have version 1.10.0.4_20963. No idea what that message is talking about, we're way past 1.7.

 

Phone/chat support is useless, don't waste your time.

Not sure if I have a "Pro". The cameras I purchased from Amazon are described this way:

You have the original Arlo camera (not pro). The Pro has a rechargeable lithium ion battery, among other features. Could be why your firmware verision is different.
