I currently have to Arlo Pro set up with base station VMB4000r3. I have lost the ability to grant other people access to my system. When I got to Account under settings my only options are New System Setup, Profile, and Buy add on's. There is no tab for "Grant access". This is the same for the App and also the website. Any ideas?

I've never seen "New system setup" under Account. Are you using the latest app downloaded from the appropriate app store? What phone and OS are you using? Have you tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?
