I turned the microphone off on all three cameras, but I still get alerts saying Arlo detected a sound.  How do I eliminate this issue?

When you sign in.. Go to "Mode" ---> "Armed (Usually the Default)" ---> You should see a pencil on the right Click on it ---> Now, you should see all the "Rules" each of your cameras listed.. Again click on the pencil on the right whichever camera you need to edit.. From here.. you should see both "Motion" and "Sound" .. Click on the pencil again to edit Sound (On/Off).. This should take care of the issue..

Did you go back and save/update the rule?

When I go to each of my devices (3), they all show both the microphone and speaker as OFF.  Other than that, I'm not sure what I am supposed to do.

Wow a day later and still having issue. I would have done a whole reset on everything by now. Or have you already?
