Arlo Pro defective battery

I narrowed down my problem to one of the batteries shipped originally with the package of Arlo Pro cameras I bought less than a year ago. Will Arlo/Netgear replace the defective battery?

They should if it proves bad,,,1 yr warranty usually.

Yes I have just had a battery replaced as it wouldn't hold a charge. Contact support and explain the steps you have already taken to show it's a defective battery.
