Using the Arlo Pro system can i record directly to an external storage via usb?
Can i add 15 cameras on my basic account?

Yes, you can use any USB drive to capture recordings. However, they're not online - you have to unplug the device from the base and use a computer to see them.
While you could have 15 cameras on your basic plan, only 5 can be usable at one time. You can set up multiple accounts, each with 5 cameras, but you'd need 3 bases to pull it off.
