Arlo Pro cameras won't sync to base and show offline

App showed cameras offline, only power and camera lights were on.  Reset base and internet light came back on but camera light did not.  Have tried resetting base, unplugging power and internet cord, taken batteries out of camera, syncing camera (flashes orange), removing device and trying to add it back but can not add it or sync it.
