Arlo Pro cameras won't sync to bas station

Camera just won't sync to the base.  I do the pairing process with the first 2 lights green and then sync the base and it blinks green pair the camera goes through slow then fast blue blinking.  Then the base turns amber again and noting is on the camera.  The system is brand new and I was messing with it on my phone and deleted the camera by mistake.  How do I get it back to synce, I was trying to chat with support but after an hour of waiting I gave up.

Pull the battery pack and reinstall ( resets camera )

Power button reboot the base

When base comes back, attempt to resync the camera ( only a QUICK push on the base sync button )
