if all your cameras are not detecting motion, try to refresh the cameras by removing the batteries for about 10 seconds. If still they are not working, you may try checking the sensitivity of the camera if theya re just within 70 to 80%. 

 

If camera's sensitivity are just on the recommended percentage, you may need to remove the cameras from your account and re-sync it in order for the cameras to have a proper rule.

 

To remove the cameras, go to: Settings > My Devices > do it individually on each cameras > Remove device

 

Once cameras will be removed, unplug first the base from teh pwoer outlet to refresh it's system. Once base successfully boots up, re-sync the cameras individually.

 

try to trigger motion if cameras are already detecting motion and recording the motion. If the cameras are still unable to detect motion, you may contact Arlo support so that they can assist you.
