Arlo Pro cameras i do not get the microphone icon

Just set up Arlo pro cameras and i can hear people at the location but i do not get the microphone icon. Using an Iphone X. Have rebooted phone and have reinstalled Arlo App.

Are you logged in using the primary account or are these cameras shared to you through the Grant Access feature?
