When I try to live stream from any of my cameras, they all report timed out.

The base station shows all three leds as green.

When this occurs are you using the mobile app or the arlo web portal on a pc browser?

The time out happens when ever I try to stream live from any of my 5 cameras. This is while in the portal in a chrome browser on Windows 10 PC.

When I try to stream video on my computer (I get request timed out - (my.arlo.com). I have deleted the cookies, the cache I have used Firefox, chrome explorer, but nothing. I have reset the Arlo BASE and nothing. I have no problems in the Arlo app, it runs very well. The only issue is on the my.arlo.com website (it doesn't stream). And if it works it's after a while but in slow motion. I have noticed this error in this month of January 2022. Since before the end of 2021 it worked fine in the app the Streaming is the only issue on the website  (I can't watch it in real time with my pc , laptop). There is no difficulty in audio video recordings, motion detection etc.

What web browser are you using?

Have you tried Edge; I don't have this issue on that.

It doesn't work  with Edge, still have the problem.  In fact it's not the browser it's the arlo server web page needs maintenance.

Doesn't work live streaming in web : I have tried in Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi, DuckDuckgo, chromium, epic.  Always receive a classic message:  request timed out - Okay.  And even 20 friends homes, 25 Neighbors and WiFi free spot with my laptop. I have restarted my laptop , pc , my network, router, modem , switch  and still the same. I have flush the Ip but still the same thing!!

I tried FireFox and Edge. Both resulted in the same issue. Cameras all timed out when trying to live stream.

I get a similar issue on my pc without hardware acceleration but my high end pc will play the live stream on only one camera at a time without stalling and timing out all active views.
I notice that this occurs more at different times of the day so likely related to server loading.
The mobile app works much better but as it needs less bandwidth to display but you can still see the stalling effect if you look closely.
This has been reported here previously but I am not aware of any fix yet from arlo.

Try again at a different time of day in case of a server loading issue.
Make sure you have hardware acceleration active in your browser if the pc has it available.

Thank you for tell me that, we are in the same page. I hope this issue is solved.

If you have subscription you can raise your own fault case with arlo support to hasten them along.

The older cameras don't use 2k or 4k video so hardware support isn't needed. Even with the newer cameras it should work (mine do) but you may need to ensure no browser extension is disabling HTML5 autoplay.

I believe that when you use the web browser, the 2K and 4K cameras are livestreaming at 1080p - so the HEVC extension shouldn't be an issue.

in any event, if you can play your 2K/4K recordings in the browser, then HEVC support in the PC/browser isn't a problem.

Are you sure about this?  I don't think livestreamng uses autoplay (it is initiated by the user with a control).

When I couldn't view 2K recordings on my tablet a year or so ago Live streaming worked fine so your probably right. Both work fine now.

Does the same occur on another computer in your home or elsewhere?

I am experiencing the same issue, any time of day, using the iOS Arlo app and the Arlo web site on both Safari and Chrome.

Started on 1/21 and cameras have been unusable since.

I am unable to see any cameras on any device (iPad, laptop, desktop, iPhone, web or app).  Either "timed out" or "offline" for me since 1/21 with only a few seconds of cameras working per day - varies on which camera works, they come off and on (by on I mean seconds, long enough to grab an image to let you know they have been on briefly).

Not just my live view that's not working - this has my cameras completely useless.

That is just about when it started for my cameras. Wonder if there was a firmware update at that time.

that is what happened in January 2020.  I will link one of the threads below.  People started reporting it in January and were told "try a different browser" and "reboot" until finally in April when a firmware fix was released.
