Arlo Pro camera won't update firmware

One Camera is not working and says it needs firmware updated, when I press update firmware it does not update, I have replaced batteries, resetting the base station, reconnecting the camera to the base station all with the system disarmed. Anyone have suggestions on how to get his single camera reconnected?

Try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.  ALso verify that there actually is an update - I've seen a couple of update notices and I was already updated.
