Arlo Pro camera will not sync with my base station after I recharged my battery

After I recharged my Arlo Pro camera's battery and put it back up, it showed up as not synced with base station and to check the wifi status. My other 6 cameras are working. Can anyone help me. I did remove the camera and tried resyncing but it won't resync with my base station.

What does the camera LED do, starting with inserting the battery? That may give us some clues. Swapping batteries around may also be useful.
