Arlo Pro camera suddenly only detects motion if its really close

I've had 2 cameras installed for exactly one week now. One of them suddenly stopped detecting motion. Even when I start walking in front of it, nothing happens. Only when I get close enough to grab it is when it finally detects motions and records. I've reset the base station and the camera by removing the battery to no avail. I also removed the camera from my devices and synced it again and still it won't detect motion. Don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Verify that it has the latest firmware by comparing with what's in the Release Notes section here. It may be useful to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.

Thanks for replying. I verified that the firmware is the latest one per the release notes, and also removed the camera from my devices and synced it again. It still does not detect movement like it used to. Also, the running man is black, so it's supposed to grab movement. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

If new enough, swap at the store. Otherwise, open a case with support here.
