Arlo Pro camera offline

I've been having some issues with two of my Arlo Pro cameras.  I've recently gotten away from the wireless to having the cameras plugged in directly to electrical power.  Two of our cameras gave us this alert:

So,  I had my wife to disconnect it and try to sync it back to the base station and it could not be done. Then a month later we get another camera having the same issues.  Here's a question both cameras wifi signal were strong and now they will not sync, what to do?

I am not able to see the image you posted.

Remove the battery and power from the camera reinsert the battery , restart the base.

See if the camera comes back online. If not then remove device using the app and then add device and resync.
