Arlo Pro camera not syncing with base station Vmb4000

Have the three light base station (VMB4000).  Power and internet are green.  Camera light is Amber.  Unable to sync.  Even have tried taking battery out of camera and reinstalled.  When I do sync it blinks green like it is syncing, then turn Amber.

 

After being on hold with Arlo support for over 25 minutes and 5 minutes on chat, I’m hoping someone else has had the same problem.  Doesn’t appear to be the base station, but then again, all 5 of my cameras are off.

Arlo called me back and I was able to resolve. It was human error on my part.
