I have a Arlo Pro camera and trying yo figure out how to charge it, using cable and charger provided

Plug it into the microUSB port on the back of the camera.

Yes....as I recall, it is a bit odd to get a new battery and a charging cable that doesn’t connect to the battery. As JGuerdat says...the adapter and cable fit the camera and a camera has to be used to charge the battery unless you purchased the dual battery charger (which I highly recommend)
