Arlo Pro Camera LED is solid blue when plugged into a charger but App shows the battery is at 0%. I have tried every way I can think of to charge battery but LED always goes to solid blue after a few minutes and App still shows 0% charge. How do I charge this battery?

Take the battery out of the camera for a minute or two, then replace it, let the camera reconnect to the base and then see what it reports for battery %.

The USB cable on mine goes in hard while the prongs of the socket are loose. I have to wiggle it in the socket before it will begin to charge. I ordered a charging station and a spare battery so I always will have a spare charges battery and hopefully won't have to constantly check that the weight of the charger didn't cause it to come loose from the electrical socket.
