I have 4 cameras and my batteries only last about 2 weeks.
I've tried to reposition the cameras so that they don't see more than just my yard. They don't face the street or sidewalks. Only activity in my yard activates them.
I've had the cameras for about 6 months and they are always dead. I believe I've had to charge them at least 4 times but at this point I've given up and all my camera's are dead.
I'm also unable to contact Arlo support via email. When I go to the support page email (or an HTML form) is not an option. The live chat feature just says "Please hold while we connect you to an agent" for dozens of minutes and never continues to an agent.
