Arlo Pro batteries are not charging or charging VERY slowly

System is barely a year old and batteries are not charging or charging VERY slowly.  Tried turning charger both sides and doesnt seem to make any difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The Ultra cameras haven't been out for anywhere near a year yet.  If you mean a Pro camera, open a case with support and invoke your warranty:

  Sorry    It is an Arlo Pro ?   VMB 4000  Model..

Batteries are not charging or charging at VERY slow rate.    Batteries are barely 1 yr old  Any help would be appreciated

Are you using the Arlo-supplied cable and charger? That can make a huge difference.

I am absolutely using the Arlo supplied cables. Also, that same cable charges the other cameras fine. I set the camera aside for a day and moved the charger to a different outlet and turned the camera off. The camera charged up to 100% and over the next 12 hours after that, while still plugged in, started discharging and now down to 72% while still showing the charge indicator... While the camera is still turned off. Ideas??

Switch batteries between cameras to see if it's the battery or the camera. Then open a case with support:

 Yes... I finally got them to charge but now  (weeks later)  I have having the same problem again.
