Arlo Pro Android 2.7.10_25620 Speakers Not Working Now

Camera speakers were working with my android galaxy 10+ but then after the Arlo Pro 5/15/2019 update 2.7.10_25620 the speakers no longer work. Help!

Have you tried any of the following troubleshooting steps? Reboot your base station, reboot your camera by removing battery > inserting the battery, Remove camera from Settings > My Devices > Re-add. What firmware is your base station & cameras running?

I tried all the reboots and resets. Found out that my voice could be heard over the speaker at a very low volume if I shout into my phone with my mouth pressed to the phone mic. Very poor quality. So much for decent two way communications. Very disappointed.
