My base station cameras (arlo pro and pro 2) all stop recording to my arlo library. I still get notifications and email alerts and can see the video when accessed from emails. All my Arlo Q cameras continue to record video to the library. What happened?

Try and reboot your base (power off - power on) and see if that fixes things.

I am having the same issue.
I have re-set Arlo base, my modem, removed cameras and added them back. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Nothing worked.
