My base station is showing all green lights but the app on my phone is showing base station offline and I can't access any of my 4 cameras. . I have reset the base, restarted my phone, unplugged the base and nothing worked. I am getting access to all other internet systems in my house. This is absolutely a worthless system if I have to babysit it like this. I don't need to be a full time security monitor since I do have a job. If this can't be fixed I will return it and never consider another Arlo product. Any help would be appreciated.

Hard to say remotely. Punt - remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Verify all firmware is up to date.
