Arlo Pro won't connect to app or through my desktop. It just keeps searching and searching. First two lights on base station are solid green. Wifi is working. Just can't "find" the base.

Your WiFi has nothing to do with Arlo's WiFi, which is a dedicated connection between only the base and cameras.
Just briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then press the camera sync button. Is this a new setup? Have you claimed the base first? What is the Camera LED on the base doing when syncing? Same thing about the camera?
FYI, you don't need to use the app to sync a Pro camera to the base - just use the proper button pushes as noted above.
