Arlo Pro Wireless; trouble viewing video from USB

I have the Arlo Pro base station and wireless cameras.  When I remove the USB and try to view the videos recorded on the USB, I can hear the sound recordings, but the video is all grey. I am viewing on my MAC using Quicktime 7.

Try if able a differnt player that supports mp4 format... VLC is a common playr, not sure if it does mac

QuickTime uses .MOV format.
