Arlo Pro Video Setting Not Saving

Every time I change my video settings to best video and disable night vision, when I go back to check the setting it has changed to the default settings. I have not been sucessful in getting the changes to stay ever. I don't need night vision as it makes my video washed out.

I apologize if you've done this, but when you changed the video settings did you hit the save button in the upper right of the video settings screen?

Yes, I hit save then done. It will not save no matter what Ido

I would give these a try.......

 

Reboot your phone, try again.

Try logging into the website interface at https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login and see if you can save the setting there.

Remove the offending camera, then add it back, try again.

Uninstall and reinstall the app, try again.

 

Not sure if any of those will help, but being a desktop engineer myself, it's what I'd try first as basic troubleshooting.
