Arlo Pro Video Quality Not saving...

I have an issue of the video quality not saving in both the android app and online. I slide it to best video. I go back its back to optimized. I have tried to save and log on out also and still it reverts back. How do i fix this??

I would reset the camera by pulling and replacing the battery...and then try again online ( PC over android )

The saving in that area should be automatic
