Hi
My 2 Arlo Pro cameras flash bright and dim in both recorded and live video. See attached. Both are set to night vision enabled but it seems to happen daytime or lighted evening. Batteries are well charged. Any ideas are appreciated.

Nope. View a video in the library and then use the sharing icon/link at the bottom. Copy the link and paste it in your post here.

Hear the clicking and see the color to B&W to color switching? The camera is right at the threshold for night vision and is busy trying to decide which mode it should operate in. Increase or decrease the lighting to make it consistent. I would try to eliminate the patio door from view since it's likely the cause of this.

Thanks. That makes sense. I will try that for a few days and reply back.

That doesn’t seem to be working either. This video is repointed away from the window, at night, full lights on. I disconnected the camera and reconnected with no change in quality. Btw, a 2nd camera I have is doing the same.

Link has expired. Take the camera into a dark room and test both lights off and on to see if it works properly.

No change. Does the same in dark or light. Updated video

That view certainly seems bright enough so I suspect a hardware issue. Open a case with support:
