Hi . In year Nov 2017 I bought the Arlo Pro VMS4230 with base station & 2 cameras. They work well. However, today May 2020 I bought an additional Arlo Pro 3 camera and though it can set up with the old base station but the motion sensor recording don’t show up in the library of the Arlo phone app. Could you help me please? Thank you

I'd start by rebooting the base and reinserting the camera battery. If that doesn't help, try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it. Be sure to check your modes and rules to verify that the camera has proper settings to record.
