Arlo Pro VMC4030 base station offline

My power went out while I was away and I can't get the base station back online. Have tried everything the articles suggest. Argghhh, any ideas? Third light is amber.

What is the status of the center light (internet)?

Center light is green

If all LEDs are green, it's online. However, the older bases used to have an issue with power outages where the base would become ready before the router was. Try rebooting the router and base, in that order, to see what happens. You should also try both the app and the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if one works but not the other.
