Arlo Pro VBM4000 Base station won’t show up in the ARO secure app

Yesterday I opened a brand new Arlo Pro (yes I know it’s been sitting around my house for years). The base station (VBM4000) connects to the internet and I can see it listed on my EERO router and as a device but I cannot discover it in my Arlo secure app. I’ve reset it several times via the hard reset on the back of the base station and tried different routers. Everytime it connects online (first and second LED are green) but I cannot get it to show up in my App.. Please help?

is your phone connected to the same network that you are trying to onboard the base from? Have you tried using the web portal to install the base station?
