Arlo Pro Talk Feature is not working

I paid extra for Arlo Pro cameras so we could use the talk feature.  Now it does not work on any of our cameras.

 

What is going on now?  We've dealt with poor firmware updates that destroyed our batteries.  We deal with weird delay issues.  Now we have to suffer through our important talk feature not working.  This is not isolated to a single camera.  It is all of them.

 

Fix it please.  I'm tired of paying a premium for a product that turns out to be junk, and I'm sick of sitting on hold with you gusy for over an hour with zero resolutions.

Have you checked the app permissions in the phone settings to ensure the mic is enabled?
