One of my Arlo Pro camera feeds is showing nothing but a band of vertical lines. I’ve seen other posts about this, but no fix by arlo support offered. It’s also very unresponsive at times when I try to watch a live camera. I’m extremely disappointed in this product line and will steer anyone I know away from Arlo equipment if I don’t see some kind of real response to the many posts about this issue.

Have to removed and resynced the camera? Have you brought it closer to the base to see what happens? If it works ok then, swap cameras around to see if it's the location causing the issue. If it's a hardware issue, you have to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here since a user forum can't help.
