Arlo Pro Siren Does Not Turn on

Hi

The Arlo Pro basestation does not turn on when manually triggered or 'automatically triggered'.  I have tried via the app and via a desktop computer.  I have also tried with the device armed and not armed.  I get nothing coming from the unit.  It turns red and says it is on... but we get zero sound.

WHat can I do to fix this?

First try a power button reboot of the base.

If you want to go all the way and the above doesn't work, then its a reset of the base and requires a re-sync of the cameras like if new.

If both don't work ( since you tried it on pc and app ), there's not much else to do except contact Netgear and put in a trouble report.
