My Arlo Pro wireless camera was just about out of battery so I plugged it in today, just like I always do. However, when I plugged it in it said "Incompatible Charger". Yet, it's the original Arlo usb power and cable they ship with. I then smelled a burning smell and can see that the white cable wire has charred residue. Needless to say it no longer powers on and is totally dead. Any ideas what could cause this? I've gotten the incompatible charger error in the past, but it usually goes away eventually. I have two original chargers, and they both will sometimes say this message.
Hopefully NG will send me a replacement as it's pretty clear an original usb/cable should not fry the unit!
