Arlo Pro Recording Issues

I installed two Arlo Pro wireless cameras in my office mainly to keep an eye on our cleaning crew when they come in on the weekends because we've had some issues.  The cameras record activity during the weekdays just fine but for some reason on the weekends, there is no activity.  I checked the schedule and it's set to record all activity on the weekends but this past weekend the cleaning crew came in on Saturday at 8:43 AM and left at 10:01 AM as I could tell by the alarm logs, however, there are no recordings at all.  I have one camera watching over the main doorway and there are no logs at all for the weekend.  Any ideas as to what could be happening?  The first few times they came in it recorded just fine.

Do you have custom modes set up in the schedule? You might check the rules to make sure recording is set up as desired for each time frame in your schedule.
