The rechargeable battteries on all 4 cameras (indoor & outdoor) of my VMB4000r3 system are no longer holding a charge longer than 1 month.  The first time used, they kept charge for easily 3 months, but now they are down to 1 month.

Camera firmware - 1.092.0.16_21159

Camera Hardware - H8

Base firmware - 1.10.0.8_22190

Hardware - VMB4000r3

Please provide info on how to file a warranty claim?

There is most likely nothing wrong with your batteries. There is currently an issue with the firmware where batteries are draining abnormally fast. Arlo is aware and working on a fix. This issue has been reported in this forum many times. Some people are affected, others aren't. Hopefully Arlo will get a fix out soon for everyone experiencing the issue.
