DO NOT BUY ARLO. My Arlo Pro cameras have extremely poor resolution. Images are pixilated and Arlo refuses to do anything about it. I do not recommend anyone to purchase these cameras if you are looking for a sharp image. They have a lot of nice features but the image is lacking. I have gone through all the suggestions provided by Arlo to improve the image.   I have changed the router channel, rebooted the router, rebooted and reset the home base, removed he cameras from the account and re-entered them. Even moved the cameras closer to the base, Nothing helps. The camera signals are strong. Arlo support has agreed that the image is pixilated but don't seem to know what to do. I have been extremely patient with them but have come to the conclusion that the cameras just cannot do better. I scrapped Foscam cameras for Arlo. They had great images but were AC powered. Arlo was recommended to me as the best battery powered solution but they are extremely lacking in image quality. I cannot recommend ARLO to anyone. Money down the drain.

There was a recent firmware update that addressed the Arlo Pro cameras pixelation issue. have you made sure you cameras are updated to the latest firmware here: Arlo Pro FW

Cameras have latest firmware. HW Version H11, Firmware 1.092.0.24_985

Did customer support happen to collect a screenshot from you? If not, Is it possible for you to provide a screenshot of the pixelation?

I sent them several images on several occasions.  They admitted pixilation. At one point they tried to tell me it was signal strength or weak battery until I showed them the pic from the app of the strong signal and full battery. 
 
These cameras are at my beach house but I also have an Arlo Pro at my regular home and its image is no better. Therefore, I have come to the realization that I don't believe the cameras are capable of anything better. Hence my comment. They refuse to replace them even though they came new in a sealed carton because they were not purchased from a so-called authorized distributor, which I was unaware affected the warranty. So it appears I am stuck with lousy cameras. Should have stayed with Foscam.
