Arlo Pro Outdoor Cable not working. Getting "charger incompatible" for original standard cable

I have today powered up an outdoor cable. The camara to be powered doesn’t respond to the power cable. First it sort of indicated that battery was at zero power and needed charge. Tried to char with original standard cable. Got message that charger was incompatible...have used the same charger several times before. Did some cross chechs with other cameras and batteries. Everything is fine when using other cameras or this specific camera with another battery. Any ideas what the problem is. Support highly appreciated.

Just to make sure, is this the Arlo Outdoor Power Cable that you purchased? Have you tried plugging the power cable to a different power outlet to see if you're experiencing the same issue?

If you're having troubles charging your Arlo Pro cameras with the original standard cable as well, try to remove the battery from your Arlo Pro by opening the battery door and remove the battery and re-insert the battery and close the battery door.
